Phil Morrish

Philip is a respected and experienced business and financial analyst who has worked within corporate finance and the wholesale, buy and sell sides of equity capital markets.

Career highlights include being a key member of the Merrill Lynch’s number one ranked Chemical sector team as well as individually ranked number one in Waste Management; an advisor on Shanghai Chlor-Alkali’s IPO, co-Head of European Equity research at Nikko Europe where he was instrumental in repositioning its equity research offering and returning the division to profitability. In 2008, appointed Head of Research for the then ailing contracted company research business, Growth Equities & Company Research, which by the time he left in November 2011 was profitable and the UK’s number two player.

He is currently developing the equity research company, Intellisys Intelligent Analysis down two verticals: ‘fusion analysis’ (UK’s only provider!) and contracted company research for the UK’s poorly serviced quoted small/mid-cap market.

Philip is also a Court Assistant and Honorary Treasurer of The Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners and a category judge (‘Green Entrepreneurship’) for the City of London Corporation’s annual Sustainable City Awards (aka ‘Green Oscars’).
